I have the Canon MF743Cdw and use the Canon Print mobile app. When trying to scan via the app I get an error message "Could not complete the job. Open one of the screens below and perform the operation again. - Home - Default Screen after Startup/Restoration - Remote Scanner"
I restarted the printer and removed the app and redownloaded it and it didn't fix the issue.
