My Canon PIXMA MG3620 won't connect to my Wifi network anymore, even though it was working fine before. Has anyone else had this problem or found a way to get it back online??
Before you roll it back, though I'd definitely verify LDAP settings are the same on both severs, and if they are, newer versions of controllers are notorious for issues such as this, especially if this is a recurring problem.
That's handy information. Canon should be using macOS discovery for printers and avoid saving multiple IPs or maybe offer a simple Refresh printer connection "button".
You might see the region error because the Canon Cloud Print service has been retired. It is typically better to print from your tablet or smartphone by using the Canon PRINT application.
If it only showing as a scanner then Windows has not install the printer drivers on correctly then uninstall it fully reinstall the full canon drivers package and add the printer up as well
