GX7120 - Canon Cloud Print won't register

I recently purchased a GX7120 and am trying to register Canon Cloud Print and I get an error message of "This service is not available in your region". I have tried multiple registration ID codes to no avail. GX7120 - Firmware version 2.030

Retired in a printer that's 2 months old? Has it even been out for a year yet?
