PPL won’t open PDF or TIFF photos

Hi: help please! I have a new pro 200 and had Best Buy Geek installed the ppl on my MacBook Air (2023), but I can’t drag or open a PDF OR TIFF photo onto the ppl. No issue with JPEG photos.

PP&L doesn’t accept or open PDF

I have a new pro 200 and has Best Buy geek installed the Professional Print &Layout. But I can’t drag or open PDF/PNG photos onto it. Other JPG photos have no issue.
