Usually accounting manager calculates this correctly, but for one specific job, it is saying that a 17"x41" print is 0.2164 square feet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It is a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000

There's something wrong in the formula being used to calculate for the first item, obviously. Can't you look at it?

This is canon's accounting manager software. As far as I know, there isn't a way to adjust the calculations.
