This software worked just fine before, now every time I try to print the job manager throws an Error - Please check the printer's operation panel or the Remote UX - the printer doesn't show anything and I feel like the software is not even reaching the printer. I have tried resetting the LAN, reinstalling the software. Nothing is working. I can print using other software so I know it's not a computer printer connection issue. Any ideas here?

OMG okay I figured it out the printer had changed it's IP and I had to add a new printer to the Stored Settings. Good lord.

1. have there been any operating system updates between when it worked and when it didn't?
2. have you tried reinstalling the printer driver and PP&L?

Did this continue to work? I changed my stored settings and 2 prints went through fine but for whatever reason the software is not working, even with the above solution. This problem only happened with the new firmware update, was printing fine beforehand.

Another possible fix:
1) From right hand panel, select "Add Printer".
2) Select the printer you are having difficulty with, creating another instance of that printer.
3) Delete the first instance of the printer.
Note, you cannot delete a printer if it is the only printer in the list. You can add a second instance of the same printer, then delete the (corrupted) first instance.
Reinstalling the Professional Print and Layout Software did not correct this issue, the steps above did.
PRO-300 Printer, connected via USB, to a Windows 11 pc.
