Pixma IP90 not recognized by Cannon software

My printer is seen by my computer and prints.  I need to clean the heads as some colors are missing.  The software I downloaded and installed (mypr-win-3_3_0-ea11_2) does not recognize the printer.

Any ideas?  Many thanks.

What operating system?

You need to have a printer driver. Without a driver you would be using the operating system generic printer driver which has limited features.

Windows 10 Printer driver is installed, and the printer prints from my Surface.  It is NOT printing black and I need to run through printer maintenance processes.

I did try to update the driver but the one Windows found, was not installable.
