My printer is seen by my computer and prints. I need to clean the heads as some colors are missing. The software I downloaded and installed (mypr-win-3_3_0-ea11_2) does not recognize the printer.Any ideas? Many thanks.
Windows 10 Printer driver is installed, and the printer prints from my Surface. It is NOT printing black and I need to run through printer maintenance processes.
