In 2025, I purchased a Canon mg3620 printer and set it up for printing and scanning with both my Windows desktop and MacPro laptop computers. A few months later, I needed to reset my desktop computer, which deleted all the Cannon software, and now I simply would like to reinstall the drivers necessary for scanning documents to the computer. I can find that printer on a canon website, and an icon to click on to download drivers, but when I click on that icon, nothing happens. I also chatted with the Canon virtual assistant, but was given a link to the same website with the same results - can't get the drivers. No doubt, I am missing something very basic here, but for now, I am stumped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks for your response! That is the same webpage I have seen several times, but so far when I click on the icon that I would expect to provide the installation, nothing happens. I have looked at the possibility that my computer is blocking popups, and preventing me from seeing the download, but I can't see how the blocking is happening.

Greetings,
Actually I just rechecked and the downloads are missing from the page currently. When you click the downloads tab, the portion of the page that should display is not present. This is probably temporary, but I'll report it.
