Thank you for your quick response. I have a PIXMA Canon Pro 200 S. I’ve seen several references to the software, but can’t find it anywhere.

The Pixma pro-200s does not have a scanner function so the utility does not exist for it. It is a high quality photo printer, not made for general use like an All-In-One. If your printer has a scanner it must be another model.
