Hello!
I have a printer in another state that has both an Ethernet connection (working fine) and a WiFi connection (Showing duplicate IP) connected at the same time. I can remote into the device on Ethernet and would like to remove the WiFi config remotely so I don't need to send someone on site.
The onsite staff has tried and been unsuccessful in recovering the WiFi settings.
I can see the settings under Wireless LAN Settings however it wont let me remove or edit it from this page. Is this something that can only be done from the local management?
Thanks in advance!
