New MF663Cdw printer rejects remote UI access

In my browser I type:

http://[ip]/

Browser displays error:

[ip] refused to connect

Both in Preferences and in Management is shows Remote UI is enabled, when I look from the touchscreen panel.

What could be the reason?

In order to access the remote UI, one of two things must be true:

1) The printer has no remote UI password but it has been turned on for less than 15 minutes
In this case, you should get a form to enter the remote access credentials

- or -

2) A remote access password has been set from the touch panel

Be careful: You probably should NOT set an administrator ID.
