imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2030L network remote user log in issue

I have an older Imagerunner advanced c2030 that I moved to a new network. The printer shows that it is on the network with an IP address and the eero app verifies the printer is on the network with the same ip & machine address. However the remote user login and any attempt to ping the ip times out. Any advice would be helpful.
