I am experiencing a color misregistration problem on my Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 350i.
When printing in black only, the output is clear and sharp. Also, when I print each color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) individually, they appear normal and well aligned.
However, when printing mixed-color documents or images, I notice that one color (especially magenta, which appears as red/pink) is slightly offset either upward or downward. This creates a shadow/double effect on text and makes images look blurry.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists.
Could this be a color registration/calibration issue, or possibly related to the transfer belt or laser unit? What steps would you recommend to resolve this?
Thank you.
