We have the following 2 printer types in our company, which were set up by an employee who has left the company. We currently do not know their RemoteUI account password or Username and are locked out of the remote UI. Is there a way to reset this while minimally affecting how our printer is currently connected to our network?

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you! As for the imageCLASS unit, if the community is unable to assist, one of our product experts will chime in.
If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area!
