Canon PIXMA MG3620 Won't connect Wirelessly to PC

I only purchased it as a scanner, and do not have it set up to print. It's been working for a few months, but sometimes it stops connecting to the wireless for no reason. Usually rebooting my PC, or the scanner will fix this. 

This time it won't and I don't know what to do.

I've rebooted my computer and tried multiple times to pair my scanner with the wireless, but it doesn't seem to be properly connecting to my PC.

I get the error "Cannot communicate with scanner for these reasons:

-scanner is turned off.

-If using LAN connection, it is disconnected from LAN

(etc, etc)

On the top of the scanner the Power button is lit (green), the wifi button is lit (blue) and the 8.5"x11" plain paper button is lit (green).

What do I need to do to get the scanner and computer connected again?

and all my other devices are connected to this WIFI without issue

I did everything. connective active, ssid right, signal strength 89% but.. IPv4 ENABLE. what can I do? I need help badly I need to print important papers urgent! help help!!!

Connection is active, correct SSID, 100% signal, IP address 2601:249:8280:2e80:9e32:ceff:fe96:dd21

not printing  says has signal and correct wifi connection

No I have not received any response, I didn't expect any. The instructions provided are correct, it's just that you'll need to do it  fast enough.  Look for the post Stacy made on page 2 of this thread.

The Infrastructure connection reads INACTIVE.I don't know how to make it active. The SSID reads one of the addresses I have correctly. Ther Signal Strength reads 0 [%]. TCP/IPvP reads Enable.

Access Pint Mode reads Disable

I need help with connecting my WiFi to my printer or connecting my printer to my WiFi. I followed these steps and here are my answers:
1. Inactive
2. Yes
3. 0%
4. I'm not sure what's the answer for this, so I'm just gonna list whatever I see with "IPv4".
This is all the paper says:
