I do not know why my printer isnt being detected

It works with my brothers PC  who lives a mile away and my laptop detects my smart tv direct tv and wireless router but not my MG3500-printer  the blue light is on and everything this is frusterating!! Can someone please help?

If this is being setup for Network use try a wired connection instead of wireless!

 

Go to the Canon's product support page to find your printer.

When your product's page appears, scroll all the way UP to the top right corner.  Click on the red box that says "Product Information", and you will see a link for "Wireless Help".
