I am trying to reset camera to factory default . This happens Thanks for the help. I have already followed those steps, but when I do the second to last one the hand icon comes up with busy. I will try the contact you provided, but the camera is no longer under warranty. So I'm not sure how much help you can give.
I can not set it back. When the black screen happened before I was able to fix it by changing the date from the beginning
