LCD display on SX280HS has gone blank

My intermittant problem with the LCD display now seems permanent.  At first if I turned it on and off a few times I would get the display working.... occassionally there would be some vertical lines through it.  Everything else on the camera seems to...

SX500 IS upgrade or not?

I have the SX500 with a 30x zoom was thinking of upgrading to the SX530 which has a stronger zoom50x is this a good decision or would the diference in the zooms not make that much difference. I have read it is slower to focus.

No device found sx710 hs

I cannot download my pictures from the sx710 hs.  I've established an access point however a device cannot be found.  Also tried using a usb and that failed too on Windows 7 due to no driver.  When looking for a driver,  canon states there is none.  ...

Powershot G15 will not turn on

My beloved 2 year-old G15 will not power up.I checked/charged the batteries, cleaned around the lens with a gasduster and toggled various function wheels.No response at all.Anyone?

Resolved! Distortion w/ PowerShot A1100 IS

What setting should I be using so that my photos of a large room don't come out with almost a "fisheye" effect? The vertical lines are kind of tilted, as though the camera can't "see" perspective.
