memory card lock
Have a brand new elph 520 HS. First time trying to operate receive "Memory Card Locked". Purchased a brand new memory card. Same error. Can't format, the "format" option remains in the background and is not selectable

Can't download pix onto Windows 8 ...
My OS is Windows 8 which according to Canon is compatible for my Power Shot SD 600 ELPH. But once I connect the camera to my computer a popup says my camera is not recognized and I can't download photos. Any suggestions?

Resolved! For S110, if I set the Program mode to utilize the "Positive film" saturation effect....
but does it also affect the AUTO setting? (I can see that is also is set to "P" for the Tv and Av options, but cannot tell about Auto.)I've only had the camera 2 days so I'm still exploring.... Thanks
