Can't convert video 300hs elph

I have the canon powershot 300hs elph. I was using it for youtube videos. I got anew SD card because it was suppose to be better for videos. It's a Transend class 10 16 GB.   THe problem I'm having is i CAN'T convert the movie so I can edit it then upload to Youtube. I've tried Prism and even another converter none of them can convert it. HOWEVER I can upload it straight to youtube with no problem but I really need to be able to edit it.  Can anyone figure out why it won't convert. Thanks.

This was a 9 minute video that needed to go on youtube. Did you convert yours if so how?

Hi Supersticky,

You may edit your movies using ZoomBrowser, included with your camera.

To access this feature, click on the "Edit" button, then choose "Edit Movie".  This feature is covered, starting on page 30 of the "Software Guide for Windows".
