SOS for HELP on PowerShot SD1300 IS for New User

I am a new user of PowerShot SD1300 IS. Can someone tell me how to move my jpegs from "My Pictures" to "My Documents," so I can attach them to an email?

S100 lens cover sticks

Most of the causes of lens covers sticking is due to dirt. Mine was sticking because the aluminum surround was slightly dented in. I pryed the aluminum back out using a single edged razor blade. No more sticking.

I'm trying to use a Speedlite 430 EX II with my SX 50 HS, but the Assist Beam of the flash doesn't seem to work. The camera's Assist Beam works correctly, the flash fires, but the Speedlite's Assist Beam doesn't. Is it normal? Thank you!
