hello all,
After I scan to email the printer stays on it does not go back into hibernation.
Any ideas

Hello Micaaronfl12,
If the scanner will not go to sleep after a scan, it can be caused in a drop in network communication when the scan was being sent, the scan put the printer into an error state or a problem with the email server information used to send the scan. At this point, my best suggestion would be to contact support so they could check what is going on when scanning and your network environment, they can also review any settings that might be causing the issue.
