imageCLASS MF624Cw can't scan to email

So when i scan to email on the MF620C it just always show this error page, no error code nor error message just a error page. Then i messed with the dns and smtp which might help but it doesn't. What am i supposed to do now??

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the imageCLASS MF620 series.  The model number should appear at the far left end of the printer's operation panel.  That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
