Good Day. Is there any permanent fix to the E744-6000. I purchased the office printer two years ago and the error message started after 3 months. Several calls to support to no avail, also a hard reset or unplug for 10 mins. It continues and we are moving to just buy another office printer but thought to give it once last effort. Searching online, this seems to be an ongoing issue with this cannon printer.
