I have tried two brand new toners and both seems to be producing papers with partial print.The ink in the middle of the page is either very light or non-existent. Ive gone through the cleaning settings already. What else could be wrong here?

Windows10 Printer is M4350d cant scan

Windows 10 pro works with my MF4350d BUT will not scan.  I dowloaded the latest Toolbox 4911 mf 17 but it will not load.  I get a message that the program is "Not Responding".  I tried loading it several times but can't get it to load.

Hi - I can't find a setting for backlit film, either on the printer itself, or the ipf6400 plug-in software in photo shop.   Product code for the film is 97003104.  It's 145 micron matt.Can anyone shed any light? Many thanks,  David
