Hi Guys,
I put this printer on wifi. It is connected and I can ping it in the network. Windows 10 finds it and installs it no problem. It prints too.
Problem is Canon Drivers I download the lastest version from the website which it says compatible with windows 10. I run the printer driver software. When canon installer searches for printer doesn't find anything. so i read forums a little. It is weird but when I go to safe mode with networking. Installer finds the printer no problem but can't install the drivers in safe mode.
So basically I'm stuck with only print but I'm IT guy, This can't stop me so I export drivers out from the installation files and install the fax manually using the Static IP for the machine.
Only problem left is scanning now. Which I really can't figure out. I can't really install scanner manually and software doesnt find machine. Firewall turned off. windows defender allow list added etc. no luck.
Let me know if you guys have any ideas for me.
