Hello,
I installed my ImageCLASS MF462 dw II printer just yesterday. I have set the printer as my default printer on my Windows 10 laptop. Unfortunately, I am unable to see double-sided printing feature. I have turned on 2-Sided Printing under the Printer Settings in the Printer.
I have heard that this duplex printing is not enabled as the generic driver cannot detect the printer having duplex capability. How do I find the right driver to install? Hope you can point me in the right direction.

I'm Win 11 ... BUT I'm certain you must Clk a 2-Sided Print block in W10 Settings. For my W11 the Path was Settings (or Control panel) / Bluetooth+Devices/ Printers-Scanners/ CanonMF460 Series_ll_UFR_ll / Printer Properties / Device Settings tab/ on far Left is the 2-Sided Print box I had to check. I recall recognizing the Path was different in W10 BUT you'll have to Search for a Similar Setting. I doubt a driver is the issue but try the Setting first AND 800-652-2666 I used for Canon Phn Sppt....
