From what I've seen on the Internet, the ImageClass MF644Cdw ought to be able to print on transparency film, but the recommendations always say (a) be sure to use laser transparency film and (b) choose transparency as the paper type. I can find transparency film that says it's for use on laser printers, but the printer has no option for transparency, so which of the following paper type should I select?
The paper types supported by the printer are:
- plain bond, from 17 lb to 28 lb (in 4 steps)
- heavy, from 29 lb bond to 60 lb cover (in 2 steps)
- thin, 16 lb bond
- recycled, 17 lb to 21 lb
- color bond 17 lb to 19 lb
- coated, 27 bond to 73 bond cover
- labels
- envelopes
