I have a mx882 printer and the colors quit printing.

My mx882 printer quit printing colors. All ink tanks are full. Did the head cleaning, twice, and head alignment from the maintenance options - no help. Any other ideas? The black is printing fine.

It says error when I try and scan. It prints and copies fine put wont scan. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

MX922 Printer needs Twain Drivers

Hello,I use my printer through Citrix and while I can print, I can't scan, as I need a twain driver. Is there a twain driver I can use, here to download? I have a windows 7 SP1 laptop that I am using.
