Canon MF4430 does not scan once the OS is updated from Windows 8 to 8.1, have downloaded the correct version from Canon site but I can only print but no scan.

Having problems faxing more than 15 pages on IR4570

On trying to fax a document that is more than 15 pages long, the fax transmission is interrrupted and a the fax number starts sending from the first page.  Any solutions? Thanks

I have an OEM Canon 104 cartridge, just opened, and it's giving me this error.  User manual just says "toner completely out, change cartridge", but I just bought this new for 80 bucks!  anyone have any suggestions?
