GX2020 print has lines

My GX2020 is printing with lines in the magenta. I did the regular cleaning 2 times and the deep cleaning once. The printer is less than a year old. I posted this yesterday but couldn't find it to see if anyone commented. 

Registration trouble with imageClass MF656Cdw
