My 733CDW prints a TX Result Report whenever I try to scan something to my email. There is no error code. It is just the name and email from the address book under "Error." I've tried manually sending to different email addresses instead of using the address book; I've changed SMTP hosts, changed from wired to wireless, and back. I've also updated it to the latest firmware. Does anyone have any other ideas?

What host(s) have you tried to send mail with?
Where are you populating the SMTP information?
Port information, etc. The only time you don't receive an error message is when mail is sent successfully. Changing the connection method does nothing, Nor does updating firmware.
I'm happy to assist with the SMTP settings, authentication, port and security settings. We just need to know which mail provider you're using? I'm sure I can provide more guidance once we have more information.
