I usually disregard tech CD's for installation and go directly to the device's download page. I did but I couldn't find a full package download so I did the CD.
But I've ended up with what appears to be a sort of duplicate listing in Win11 printers.
These are the three listings:
Canon MF750C Series Fax (not applicable this post but wanted to be complete)
Canon MF750C Series UFR II
MF750C Series
The UFR II driver does not have a scanning tab whereas the driver without UFR II does have the scanning tab.

Hello,
The UFRII printer connection, will be the printer connection that installed with the setup and will give you the most driver options. The other connection for the printer that has a scanner tab looks like a generic Windows printer connection and also has a generic scanner connection. When scanning with the MF753 on your Windows computer, I suggest scanning using the MF scan utility that installed along with the setup disc. That program will give you more control over the scanner and the types of files you can save your scans as.
