I have a Canon imageClass MF244dw connected via Bluetooth to my Lenovo PC (Windows 10) and new iPad. Prints flawlessly, but unable to scan?? Pressed "Scan to PC1" and "Scan to PC2" and keep getting "Connect Computer" message?? Would appreciate help to reolve.

The imageCLASS MF244dw does not support a Bluetooth conection. We can only recommend scanning with the unit directly connected via USB or being connected wireless. Click HERE for general scanning instructions.
