My Canon mf217w scanner auto feeder

My Canon mf217w scanner auto feeder becomes disable. several times I download it works, but after a day  become disable. Only Flat works  thank for hepl

Hello thanks so much, please note:

1. I have windows 11 in my desktop
2. When I download " ToolBox4911mf18WinEN.exe"  Auto option starts working: Feeder and Flat
3. But after 1 or 2 days  Auto (Feeder) disabled and only showing Flat
4. I  Start scanning from my desktop " Toolbox "

Hello, Also I remember in Canon support chat, the agent over the chat asked me to do some changes in computer settings, and I did, then Auto Feeder appeared, but unfortunately, I didn't get note for a later time.
