my imageCLASS MF4880dw keeps sending me error code 200010, how to solve it?

Recently, my ClassImage MF4880 printer and scanner machine does not scan smoothly. It stops scanning even if the documents run through the feeder, the documents won't be saved. But, sometimes it works. Very frustrated why.

I disconnected the cable of scanner and even restart my computer,  it did not work.
