I have a Canon MF 644 which has worked great for years, but since our cable modem was changed, and I had to add the printer to the PC again, it has refused to scan from the feeder in letter size. It zooms, or scan for A4.
I can scan OK from a Canon MF230, but the MF644 has the problem. I have reloaded the print and scan drivers several times.
I can also scan from another PC to the MF644 and get the scan correct.
THere appears to be some setting in the Desktop PC that needs adjustment. The scan routing for the MF644 does not have a paper selection like the MF230 does
Any help ?
