i-SENSYS MF744Cdw: Stains on prints

Hi everyone!

I've been using my Canon MF744Cdw for five years.

Recently, all my printouts have developed stains at regular intervals. See the attached photos of the printouts.

When printing double-sided, the spots appear on both sides.

What I've tried so far:

- Cleaning the fuser unit via the maintenance menu (both options)
- Cleaning the ITB (Integrated Toner Cartridge) via the maintenance menu
- Checking the drums on all four toner cartridges

Unfortunately, nothing has helped.

I've only used genuine Canon toner cartridges since I bought the printer new.

The counter shows approximately 45,000 prints.

Perhaps someone knows which component is causing the problem and if I can clean it myself?
