This is ridiculous. This is not complicated. The envelopes are loaded properly. Flap on the left side. Flap on the bottom. When you print the envelope the text is upside down on the envelope. If you try to turn the envelope around in the printer it will not feed. There are no settings on the printer properties to rotate the text
