I have tried various different methods of troubleshooting the Canon Scanner at work and have been unsuccessful. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried to use a different dock as I thought mine may be faulty. I tried changing dpi settings to 200dpi. I let it rest in between jobs as recommended by another coworker who used to use this type of scaner. We use CapturePerfect (3.1 Version 3.1.3513.917) and I frequently receive the attached pop-up windows consequently losing everything I have scanned up to that point. I don't know what it is and the new IT at my work is unfamiliar with this scanner so cannot provide guidance. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?
May be unrelated but the scanner has double page feeder errors (many) leading up to the loss of the file. I have the rollers replaced and I frequently clean it.
Thank you.
