I just bought MF642CDW. When I turned on the printer, the display never finish loading. See image below.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Greetings,

Power off the device.

Disconnect any thing you have attached

Unplug power from wall

Wait a minute

Reconenct power and power up again

If the printer does not initialize and start, it needs to be exchanged as DOA.
