Hello!
I keep receiving this message when trying to wirelessly scan from my Macbook:
Cannot scan because of the following:
- Scanner is busy
- Error occurred in the scanner
- Scanner is in Sleep mode
Check the scanner status and try again.
Scanner driver will be terminated.
Error code: 2100009
I do not have any other scanning jobs going and the scanner is not in sleep mode. Sometimes when I turn it off and on again it will work properly, but then I start getting this error code again after a little while. Printing works fine!
Thanks for your help!

Hello vero,
I understand an error occurs when you attempt to scan with your Color imageCLASS MF628Cw. For clarification, could you answer a few questions?
1. Which version of Mac OS are you using (e.g. 10.12, 10.13, etc.)?
2. Did you use steps similar to the instructions at this LINK to register the scanner? If so, when the scanner error occurs, is the scanner name displayed in the main dialog box of Canon MF Scan Utility?
