When I turn on my printer I am getting e3303-0001 error. I have tried to power off and back on. I have tried removing the power form the print and then plugging it back in. My product registered.

Turn OFF the device. Wait a moment before turning it ON again.
If the problem persists, contact your local authorized Canon dealer or service representative.
Make sure to inform them of the product name and error code.

I understand you are getting and e3303-0001 error on your Color imageCLASS MF731Cdw. If you turned the printer off and unplugged the power cord for at least 10 minutes and the error reoccurs, I recommend contacting us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.
