Hi kaheiden,
Is this issues happening with making copies using the operation panel? If so, I have provided some suggestions below:
1. Clean Feeder manually and using operation panel
https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0336-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS729_maintenance_307feeder.html#13010030
2. Check Copy Ratio - Default is 100%
https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0336-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS729_copy_046enlargingorreducing.html#04030...
3. Initialize Copy Settings
<Menu> <System Management Settings> <Initialize Menu> <Copy Setting> <Yes> Restart the machine if necessary
4. Remove and reset toner cartridges. Replace toner cartridges if same printing result. Genuine toner cartridges recommend.
5. Replace the paper with different pack or type of laser paper.
Check usable paper, and replace with appropriate paper. Also, specify the paper size and type settings properly.

Is this issue only occurring when printing from a program on a computer?

Hi Audrey,
Thanks for the reply. No, this is happening when I try to print from a program on a phone or computer. I assume it would also happen if I tried to copy something. I don't think it's an issue with the settings.
I have reset all the toner cartridges, which are all genuine Canon products.
I have also ran the Clean Feeder, Clean Fixing Assembly and Clean ITB programs on the machine, but it does not help.
The result is always the same, a large area not printed on the left hand side of page.
