Hi there, Have an issue and was wondering whether it's time to look for a new printer. I have a Canon MX926 which is a few years old and has been great but lately has been printing everything with a green tinge and red looks more like a weird brown-ish colour. All the grey areas look green as well.
I have gone through and done a firmware update, done a clean process, and printed out the nozzle pattern which looks completely fine. After this process, the prints come out really well but then after a week or so when I go back to print something, the green tinge re-appears.
After the cleaning process (including the rollers) has been done again, the prints then come out normally. I don't really want to go through this process every time I need to print something.
Any ideas on what is happening - any help will be much appreciated.
