I'm having a problem with my MF726cdw, which suddenly does not print or copy. The green processing light continuously blinks green, and the printer keeps cycling, but there are no error messages. I just purchased a new set of OEM toner six months ago, which costs more than these printers, so I want to get it working again.
I updated the firmware, but that didn't work. I also initialized everything, but that didn't work either. The problem happens even if I try to do a black-and-white copy, so it's not PC-related. It is not a PC or network issue, as an HP printer has no issues printing from a PC or via the net.

Greetings ,
Sorry you're having issues. Can you clarify this for me. If you put a document in the ADF or on the platen and press copy, the green status LED flashes indefinitely? Copying does not occur?
It would also be helpful to know if you are using Windows or Mac? Sounds like Windows but can't be sure..What OS version and build are you using The printer with? How is your printer connected and to what?
