Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 19045.4291
Prtinter: Canon Color ImageCLASS LBP622Cdw
Toner Cartridges: Genuine Canon Toner Cartridges (all 4 - CMYK) purchased online from the Canon Store website (NOT shipped from Amazon).
My wife just reported that she noticed the toner status was not reading correctly on her laptop. I checked my desktop and also noticing the same issue. There are some possibilities, like a Windows update, a Canon update to the printer (the printer is designed to be connected to the internet and I didn't see any options to force the printer to ignore any update commands coming from Canon) or Canon decided that some of their products should be classified as counterfeit for whatever reason. I would appreciate if we can get an official statement from Canon if it's the latter, but would also appreciate technical assistance if it's driver issues.
