My 700ml MBK Cartridge displayed empty. I inserted a new 160ml cartridge and I could hear it dripping into the main tank.
It displayed full and I made 2 11x17 inch prints.
I turned the printer back on the next day and the cartridge displays as empty!
What happened to the 160ml of new ink? Is it leaking somewhere into the botton or back of the printer?
I don't need a flood of black ink on the beige carpet that is under the printer.
How do I get support from Canon Professional Printers Support?
Some things are NOT easy to find on the website.

We had the same issue. It was a leak, and one of the rubber membranes was ripped in the pumping unit.
