Hello
I have had a Canon printer since 2021 (working with a desktop PC on Windows 10) Until last week the printer was working normally. Then, a message indicated that a cartridge was empty: C580-XXL I couldn't change the cartridge immediately because I didn't have a new cartridge available. I waited a few days to receive a new cartridge. This week, I placed the new cartridge in the printer and since then the following error message has been displayed: 5B00 "Printer error has occurred Contact the service center" What do you think? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
